Since 1993 Katja is involved into professional developement in figure skating and movement research on the ice. She gained national and international performance experiences, led workshops and organised retreats, research labs and festivals in Germany, Netherlands and Sweden.
She is in constant further education through dance workshops, e.g. for dance therapy, physical theater or butoh.
